For the system to execute the npm command under the specified directory and detect the npm version correctly, delete the prefix attribute in the .npmrc configuration file or delete the C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\npm folder.
为了使系统在指定目录下执行npm命令并正确检测npm版本，请删除.npmrc配置文件中的prefix属性或删除C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\npm folder文件夹。
