操作步骤：

云打包打自定义基座的时候就会出现这个，我是想用uts-ffmpeg插件

预期结果：

不报错，可以正常云打包使用

实际结果：

报错了，uts-ffmpeg使用不了

bug描述：

我在使用uts-ffmpeg插件的时候出现的这种情况
