HarmonyOS 鸿蒙Next在win10环境下启动模拟器失败的原因及解决方法

请教在win10环境下启动鸿蒙模拟器失败的原因，以及如何解决？

下列日志提示读取adbkey失败，电脑上有如下文件，路径里不能有中文？还是读取文件权限问题？请教如何解决，谢谢。

关闭deveco studio ，然后以管理员身份运行deveco studio，环视启动失败，报错一样，应该很多人遇到这个问题吧？
