uni-app 升级HBuilderX 到 3.95后运行到模拟器提示安装HBuilder调试基座失败

操作步骤：

运行 > 运行到手机或模拟器 > 运行到iOS模拟器App基座

预期结果：

在模拟器正常运行

实际结果：

模拟器能打开，但控制台提示：安装HBuilder调试基座失败，无法正常运行

bug描述：

升级HBuilderX 到 3.95后运行到模拟器提示：安装HBuilder调试基座失败
