- 添加域名

实际结果：
该域名已经被添加过，不能重复添加
bug描述：
报错InvalidDomain.NotFound: The domain [www.xxxxxx.com] does not belong to you. RequestId: 70CF8FEC-79BF-5CA7-AA24-3F0D32955295 POST “http://mpserverless.aliyuncs.com” 400 之后删除了域名打算重新添加，添加时报错该域名已经被添加过，不能重复添加

阿里云域名绑定成功，但同步cdn失败导致，已修复
