If you want DevEco Studio with API23, I recommend you to go to Support - Online Bill of Lading - Huawei Developer Alliance and submit a work order, which is to apply for the API23 compiler from Huawei staff.
DevEco Studio 的 API 23 对应 HarmonyOS SDK 4.0.0 及以上版本，支持 ArkTS/JS 开发，新增分布式数据管理、元能力增强等特性，需工程配置 compileSdkVersion 23 使用。
请前往华为开发者官网（developer.huawei.com）的“开发” > “开发工具”页面，下载最新版 DevEco Studio。
安装后，打开 SDK Manager，勾选 API Version 23 对应的 HarmonyOS SDK 并下载即可。
API 23 仅面向 HarmonyOS NEXT 应用，请确保您的工程使用该目标版本。
